This offer applies only to All Access and Workshop attendees. Expo Plus pass attendees are not eligible. Credit must be used at a domestic conference within one year. Only your registration fee is covered. Travel, hotel, or any other expenses incurred are not eligible for refund. Your claim must be received within 7 days of the completion of the event.

"No-shows" are not eligible for the guarantee. This offer does not apply to schedule/presenter changes.

You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by emailing registration[at] by May 15, 2016. Your registration will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after May 15, 2016 are non-refundable.

You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization at any time by notifying registration[at] Reselling SocialPro registrations is not permitted.

SocialPro is open to business professionals 18 years and over only. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission.

Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.

Your e-mail address and contact information will be shared with exhibitors, sponsors and partners only if you give explicit permission to do so, which includes checking the "share my information" box during registration and allowing your badge to be scanned at the conference.

Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to use photographs of any SocialPro attendee in promotional materials.

Third Door Media, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any SocialPro participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.

Video Policy: Sessions may be audio recorded without special permission but only for personal use. They cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without permission. Sessions may be videoed only with special permission for personal use and also cannot be placed online or transmitted to others. Short audio and video clips may be used for blogging and press coverage of session. As a general guide, non-contiguous clips of one minute or less should be used. Contact us if you need guidance about longer clips.

Third Door Media is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants, speakers, exhibitors or employees in any form at our event or official activities. Suggestive and inappropriate sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks. Anyone violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks, inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention. Anyone asked to stop any harassing behavior is expected to do so immediately.

Exhibitors, sponsors and all staff at the venue are subject to the anti-harassment policy. Exhibitors should not use sexualized images, activities or costumes, which in any way could create a sexualized environment.

If any participant engages in harassing behavior, any of the SocialPro team (identified SocialPro Staff name badges) or supporting staff may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference.

If you are being harassed, notice someone else being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the SocialPro team immediately. We will be more than happy to provide assistance in contacting the appropriate venue security or local law enforcement body, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference.

We expect these rules to be adhered to at all of our conferences, workshops and other conference related events.
