VP, Media Strategy, iCrossing
As Vice President of Media Strategy for iCrossing, Reid is responsible for providing strategy support for new SEM, SEO, Social Media and Display engagements. Prior to his return to iCrossing in 2012, Reid spent a year as Director of Product Strategy for Kenshoo Social, working on Kenshoo's next generation Social Media management software.
Prior to Kenshoo, Reid ran iCrossing's Digital Media Insights team, tasked with providing high level, pro-active search media strategy for key accounts. In this role Reid was responsible for strategic client presentations, client satisfaction and account value, and industry and product research designed to enhance search media strategies. Reid lead the discipline’s worldwide training program and served as a public-facing, iCrossing brand advocate and discipline expert. Reid also provided product strategy for the Ares media management software by driving the product roadmap and helping ensure that iCrossing's technology is best of breed.
Reid started work at Newgate Internet in 2004 and joined the iCrossing team when Newgate was acquired in late 2006. At Newgate, Mr. Spice lead the SEO team and spent two years managing top SEM accounts like Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic and Williams-Sonoma. Reid has over ten years of digital experience, working on a wide array of Fortune 1000 clients. In his time with iCrossing, Reid has served as Regional Director, Search Media Training Lead, and Datafeed & Reporting Lead. In these roles, Reid has developed new and innovative concepts to drive efficiency, growth, and client satisfaction. Reid earned his B.A. in Music from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA.
