Conversion rate optimization (CRO) has gained tremendous popularity in the last few years as more online companies try to figure out a way to generate higher ROI from their existing online marketing campaigns. This, however, has not proven to be an easy feat.
Channels to reach the customer such as SEO, PPC, display and social continue to evolve. More companies are trying to conduct A/B testing as a means to increase conversions. However, they discover that most experiments do not generate any significant increases in conversions.
A recent CRO industry survey conducted by Invesp shows that less than 20% of experiments are successful. And 75% of C-suites are not satisfied with their conversion rates, yet only 33% have a structured approach to improving their online conversions.
In this live workshop, Ayat Shukairy and Khalid Saleh will introduce you to the SHIP (Scrutinize, Hypothesize, Implement and Propagate) method that is used to help large brands (e.g., eBay, Target, Special Olympics, etc.), as well as smaller startups, optimize websites and digital campaigns to their maximum potential. You’ll discover practical methods used to uncover user motivations, wants, and needs. You will also learn how to prioritize all the different optimization items for your website. Finally, you will see how these items are implemented and propagated throughout the organization.
