Jonathan Ashton, Managing Partner, VP of SEO and Web Analytics


As the Managing Partner of - Chicago, Jonathan leads the client service team, ensuring quality service delivery and effective strategic direction. He is actively engaged in all client work and leads the team of Account Directors. In this role Jonathan supports all of the discipline leads to drive quality and efficiency throughout our teams.

As VP of SEO and Web Analytics, Jonathan runs the global Center of Excellence for SEO, and leads the Chicago office strategic Web Analytics team. His team provides SEO services for the entire company network and partners with TBWA\Chiat\Day and eGraphics in additional client engagements. This expertise ensures that the process of designing and building rich interactive experiences results in sites that can be found on search engines. As well his team focuses on Web Analytics as a core driver for sustaining growth and accelerating ROI. Jonathan is a key component in top-level client engagements at, including AMC Theatres, CaseIH, Ecolab, Hewlett-Packard, Nike, Red Hat and Vonage.

The Web Analytics practice focuses on the concept of “Digital Channel Optimization,” a process first articulated by Jonathan in a presentation to OMMA in 2008. Web Analytics is activated through a holistic approach to all of the components of the digital channel. Key performance metrics are at the core of a process of constant improvement, and all aspects of the digital strategy are measured against each other for maximum return on client investment.
